Music
Loud parties are strictly prohibited

Cancellation
Note that if canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the
reservation will be charged

Children
Parents are fully responsible for the children

Lost or Damaged
If any facilities are damaged or lost it will be calculated and deducted from insurance
and the balance should be paid with in 24 hours.
We are not responsible for the loss of private property. Please protect your property.

Timing
Check in: Villa 1 ( 03:00 pm) – Villa 2 ( 04:00 pm )
Check out: next day Villa 1 (12:00 pm) – Villa 2 ( 01:00 pm )
If you check out after the time mentioned above, the security deposit will be charged
plus an additional fee of 20% per hour

Insurance
Insurance amount of 500 AED will be refundable if the facilities and all available
supplies are not damaged or lost.
Mini bar used will be chargeable from the insurance amount
